This is a finely handcrafted German smoker handmade in the Erzgebirge region of Germany.

It measures 3.5" tall.  He is dressed in the traditional working attire of a teacher.  The body lifts away from the feet to house the incense cone and smoke flows from the mouth when the smoker is in use.
