Scott's Flite pads green on white, although not clearly visible from the photos, they turned slightly yellowish tint from age.
These are new in the original plastic package.
As shown in the photo, the bag is ripped through the hole where it was hung in the store display rack and has a few other small holes but otherwise it's intact and the pads have never been removed.
Not sure about the year but I believe it's from the 80's.
