Doll Head Yellow Yarn Ponytails Wall Hanger 10 inches

This is a doll head with yellow yarn ponytails wall hanger.  It is approximately 10 inches from the top of the hook to the hook which can hold some items - scarfs or other items.  It is unbranded and I do not know what decade it is from.  It would be cute in any little girl's bedroom.  Please look at all pics as they are part of the description and show the condition.
