Original owner’s vintage (early 1950’s) Johillco (England) medieval crusades Knights Templar lot containing nine (9) pieces in VERY GOOD + CONDITION. This set was purchased by the owner’s parents at F.A.O. Schwarz, Fifth Avenue, NYC. Specific pieces’ descriptions are as follows:

 

·        54 mm size (owner’s size assumption), hollow-cast lead, original castings, and painting. See photographs for measurements.

 

·        All nine (9) pieces have retained their original rich and vibrant paint colors, showing little to no minimal wear.

 

·        Six (6) standing Knights Templar with swords & shields, in VG+ Condition. All six (6) figures are intact, with no dents or punctures. All six (6) pieces stand upright, as in their original, manufactured condition with no instability.

 

·        Three (3) mounted Crusader Knights Templar (believed to be Stock # 1980, Joplin & Dean, page 197), in VG+ Condition, intact with no dents or punctures. All three (3) pieces stand upright, as in their original, manufactured condition with no instability.
