Once you have approved your item, it will be marked for production and dispatched 1st class recorded delivery as standard.

CERTIFICATES ARE DESIGNED WITH OR WITHOUT OUR OWN COLOURED OR PLAIN RAISED EMBOSS STAMP AS STANDARD
WE CAN ALSO DESIGN UNIQUE OR PDF ONLY CERTIFICATES
ALL Novelty Certificates are designed to your required place and subject details to your specification and are colour matched for added realism
ANY certificates or transcripts which require a reverse are provided with the correct standard reverse for that certificate
We provide quality novelty certificates and transcripts for the UK and overseas
Advert images are examples of typical layout certificate styles and are not examples of your actual certificate
Certificates are printed on either 220gsm parchment paper OR 180gsm certificate card depending on the certificate type or your specific paper requirements.
Once approved by you, your certificate/s are posted in a hard backed plain white envelope first class recorded delivery to your registered ebay delivery address.
PLEASE NOTE if you require your certificate/s delivering to an alternative address you will need to change the address BEFORE you purchase, we can only post to the address you purchase with.
GENERIC HOLOGRAMS
We have a variety of GENERIC holograms that we provide as standard if required for your certificate, these are circular, rectangular or square depending on your certificate type/style (see advert images for examples of plain generic holograms).

CUSTOM holograms are CIRCULAR 2cm by 2cm OR SQUARE 2.5cm by 2.5cm.
CUSTOM SIGNATURES
We provide standard signatures with all certificates but we can provide custom signatures at an extra cost.
EMBOSSING
Our EMBOSS can be applied as a PLAIN NON COLOURED emboss OR can be combined with a COLOURED BACKGROUND and an OUTER SHAPE of your choice.
THE EMBOSS ITSELF IS ALWAYS CIRCULAR AND ALWAYS IS THE IMAGE SHOWN BELOW
HOLOGRAMS AND EMBOSSING ARE APPLIED AFTER THE PRINTING PROCESS.

1. ANY Single Certificate Option -any single-sided document (reverse provided as standard if your certificate would have a reverse)
2. ANY 2 Document Package Option -any 2 single sided documents (reverses provided as standard if your certificates would have a reverse)
3. ANY 3 Document Package Option -any 3 single sided document combination, or a degree and a two-page transcript (reverses provided as standard if your certificates would have a reverse)
4. Add CUSTOM HOLOGRAM to your order and your certificate will have a hologram designed to match your choice of certificate institution
5. Single UNIQUE certificate option is if you require a one off, designed from scratch, specific custom design (please contact us if you require this service)
6. Add Extra Copy - For a SINGLE replacement certificate WE HAVE DESIGNED FOR YOU BEFORE
AFTER checkout you will receive a message through the eBay messaging system requesting the specific details we need to design your certificate/s.
Example of the details you may need to supply after you have purchased:
- - The full name for the certificate
- - The full course title or subjects
- - The place the certificate was awarded
- - Your Grade OR Honours (where applicable)
- - Your Award Date
- - Your Date of Birth (where applicable)
- - Your Candidate Number (where applicable)
- - Modules for any transcript ( where purchased)
- WE can supply the appropriate modules and grades if required.
- - Any other information that is relevant to your certificate type.
- We will then design your custom certificate order and get back to you with an electronic version within 48 hours for you to fully check and approve; before we send to production and dispatch
