Measurements are taken laying flat and relaxed:

Jacket - Armpit to armpit is 21"(42” Chest), Shoulder width 20"

Bottom of the back collar to the bottom of the jacket is 28", Sleeve length 24"

Vest - Armpit to armpit is 24"(46” Chest) 

Bottom of the back collar to the bottom of the vest is 26"
