It depicts comparisons of ancient English Pointer heads and "modern" pointers. Of course, since this is a print from 1901, they are hardly modern! Wonderful old look at the breed.
The print measures approximately 12.5 x 9.5 inches (32 x 23 cm). The picture itself fills only half the page and measures about 7 x 5.5 inches (18 x 14 cm), with a French caption below.
