MARC JACOBS RUNWAY by Marc Jacobs
Perry Ellis Spring 1993 - 2018 "Grunge Redux" Collection
Red Bias Cut Silk Slip Dress in Plaid
Size 10 USA
100% Silk

Iconic piece of fashion history, this dress was originally featured in Perry Ellis Spring 1993. Marc Jacobs was terminated from his post as Creative Director of Perry Ellis after showing a radical, grunge-inspired collection for Spring 1993. The collection was re-issued for the 25th anniversary in 2018.

This dress is timeless and pumped full of personality. It's crafted from a sensual silk and cut on the bias for a flattering drape against a woman's body. The angled seams below the chest provide subtle accents and give the design that certain something.

With the checked pattern and V-neck, this summery creation is ideal for both a casual and an elegant look. Wear it as a standalone piece by itself, or punch-up the grunge aspect of the plaid print by wearing a t-shirt or trousers underneath. Depending on your height, the dress will fall knee-length or as a midi dress.

Armpit to armpit ~17 inches. Length ~33 inches (front, center). Natural waist ~15 inches. Hips ~16-18 inches.
