Side 2 remix is mistakenly credited to PDP/13 on the back of the sleeve

I am slowly weeding through some of my personal collection, and this was purchased new on Record Store Day, and for some reason I never opened it, so figured it is time to sell. It is factory sealed with the original price on the shrink I decided to leave on. It is in excellent condition with the lower right corner poking through the shrink. This just continuously gets harder and harder to find as the years go on.
