This lens can realize your creative intentions in a wide range of scenes, from wide-angle emphasis on image breadth and depth to the telephoto's ability to pull the subject up close and prominent.
To go beyond the 7.1x optical zoom (200 mm), use the auto resize zoom for powerful telephoto shooting up to 40.7x (equivalent of 1140 mm) .

The step zoom function enables you to fix the optical zoom focal length at seven steps (28 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, 85 mm, 105 mm, 135 mm, and 200 mm equivalent).
For a zoom range beyond the 7.1x optical zoom (200 mm), the auto resize zoom takes you to a maximum of 40.7x (1,140 mm equivalent) * in five steps (recorded image resized to 8M, 5M, 3M, 1M, VGA).

I turned on the power and performed a simple shooting operation. I am not sure about the battery life.
