Commissioned & signed by American artist George Bell sometime in the early 1980s. I do not know anything about the coin itself but it appears to be a replica of the 1981 coin commemorating the marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana. The coin has been attached onto the colorful hand painted one-of-a-kind art piece featuring the Prince of Wales insignia in the top left corner. Original art 1 of 1.
