This is new, still sealed in unopened box. The set comes with 8 Pokemon figures (names listed on box in photos). 

The box does have some signs of wear from the store and storage - some crushing on the top and wear at the corners. Please look over all photos for the details on box condition. Feel free to ask any questions before purchase.
