The Inada, Osaki and Titan brands are all covered under the same warranty policy of Titan Chair, LLC. Titan offers a very comprehensive warranty package that covers parts, labor and structural framework.

STANDARD WARRANTY

3 Year "Rock Solid" Warranty guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects within the first 3 years of ownership (limitations may apply).

• YEAR 1: PARTS, LABOR AND STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK
• YEAR 2: PARTS & STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK
• YEAR 3: STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK

4 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY ($150)

For an additional $150, you can extend the standard warranty to 4 years of very solid coverage.

Chairs ship direct from the manufacturer's warehouse in Dallas, TX normally within 4 or 5 business days.
