This is magnificent. I believe someone made this. The two mermaids are two vintage bone china vintage mermaids. No chips or cracks. The sea shell is stunning. I only found one crystal missing as pointed out in picture. The bottom is footed. It measures approximately 5.75” across. So beautiful!
