Right of First Refusal (ROFR) / Closing Process:

The property offered may be subject to a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) by the resort, allowing them the option to repurchase the vacation property. Upon receiving your signed contract, we will submit it for the resort's review. The resort's decision to repurchase or allow the sale to proceed will be communicated to you within 30-60 days. Upon approval, the finalization process includes the signing and notarization of transfer documents, some of which may require witnesses. To ensure a smooth closing process, returned documents are requested within 15 days of their issuance. Please be prepared to secure a non-family member witness and a notary, who may also serve as a witness.

The transfer of a vacation condominium/timeshare typically concludes within approximately 180 days. Rest assured, our team will support you throughout the entirety of this process.

We guarantee that the title to the vacation property is devoid of encumbrances. Should any title issues arise during the transfer, we will inform you immediately, offering the option to either cancel with a full refund or proceed with the transfer.

Shipping:

The auction employs a pickup-only option by default, as set by eBay, and is not subject to alteration. The closing process of the vacation condominium is facilitated through email, phone communication, and postal service, incurring no shipping costs for the buyer. Local pickup is not available.

Payment Method:

Full payment is due within five days post-auction closure. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, money order or direct payment to our title company.
