My name is John Newbern and I published the Sex to Sexty joke book starting in the late 60's through most of the 80's in Arlington, Texas.
This art by FLYNN is a pen and ink on a piece paper that measures 7 1/4" by 10 1/2". It has editing marks, creasing to the paper and it was cut to fit into the joke book. The gag was typed on the lower edge and reads, "There's no charge, Mister.... I make my profit selling her husband new locks." His signature is on the lower edge and his stamp is on the back side of the paper.
