New unused motor, open box, please see pictures of the tag on motor and box for more information. Has 5/8" shaft with flat. Shaft has some light rust but motor is unused. Motor packed in original box. Motor from a retired cooling tech business. Please see label of motor on pictures for more information. Not sure how much help I can be answering questions.
