Adrifil Universal Nano Hybrid Light Cure Composite

is a light curable radiopaque composite. It can be used for anterior and

posterior dentine and enamel restorative treatment. The inorganic filler loading is about 71 % by

volume. The particle size varies from 0.03 to 5 microns.

Adrifil Bond V Total-Etch Adhesive is 5th generation universal adhesive. Adrifil Bond V is a single

bottle adhesive consisted of methyl methacrylate monomers and solvent. It demonstrates a

great adhesion to dentin and enamel. It is easy to use adhesive with multifunctions.

Adrifil Etch Dental Etching Gel is a polymer-thickened phosphoric acid formulation intended

for use on enamel and dentin. This ETCHANT will effectively remove the smear layer, etchand demineralize enamel and dentin, producing the necessary micro retentive surface for successful bonding. The polymer thickener creates thixotropic properties, enhancing handling characteristics. The etchant rinses away cleanly and quickly, leaving no residue.

FUNCTION:

Adrifil Universal Nano Hybrid Light Cure Composite

After filling, a blue light initiates a quick free radical polymerization generating an organic

resin and inorganic filler composite which demonstrates a great strength and aesthetic

appearance as real tooth. Due to its high radiopacity, a clear X-ray picture will be helpful for

clinic practice.

Adrifil Bond V Total-Etch Adhesive

Due to s unique chemical composition, and its minimal and uniform film thickness, this

system could be applied to direct and indirect restoratives. Its good flowability, great

wettability and permeability significantly improve bonding strength. In clinic practice, this

adhesive will be applied on dentin or enamel surface following a light cure after evaporating

solvent.

INSTRUCTIONS:

(1)Isolate tooth and then prepare the cavity in a conservative manner. Clean the entire

surface with a slurry of pumice and water.

(2)Apply etchant using a tip, a disposable syringe tip, or disposable brush tip. Allow etchant

to remain in place for 15 seconds. Etching time should be monitored with a stopwatch.

Begin timing at the end of application.

Option: Place etchant on enamel first, then proceed to cover dentin, for a slightly longer

enamel etching time.

(3)Rinse thoroughly (at least 5 seconds) to completely remove all traces of etchant.

(4)Drying: gently air dry until there is no visible water. Do not allow enamel or dentin to dry

for an excessive period of time.

(5)Applying Adrifil BOND V Self-Etching Light Cure Adhesive : dispense 1-2 drops of Adrifil Bond into

a mixing well, apply enough Adrifil Bond to the entire preparation with a little brush until a shiny

surface is achieved and then wait for 10 seconds (Adrifil should not be applied too much ). Use

a gentle stream of air to evaporate the solvent for 5 seconds. (If using a non self-etching

adhesive, an etching step should be used according to the manufacturer’s instruction).

(6)Cure: light cure for 20 seconds at more than 500mW/cm2. Keep the distance to exposure

surface less than 4 mm.

(7)Applying Adrifil Universal Nano Hybrid Light Cure Composite: place selected composite into cavity preparation

following by light cure. According to following table, the curing time is recommended for

different depth and color shades. In order to reduce shrinkage stress, for a large cavity, an

increment filling is recommended. In general, 1-2 mm increments are placed into cavity

preparation from different sides and the restoration is built incrementally. Each increment is

light cured for 30 seconds.

(8) Finishing: after light cure, adjust restoration.

(9) Polishing: use polishing strip or disc to polish the surface.

WARNING:

• Do not use this product for patient who is allergyto methylmethacrylate. Do not use this

product with any material contained eugenol.

• The phosphoric acid in the etchant is a severe eye and skin irritant. Injury may result if the

etchant is allowed to remain on the skin or mucosa for extended periods of time. If accidentally

splashed into the eye, flush with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention

immediately. In case of contact with other tissues, rinse immediately with plenty of water for

several minutes.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Methmethacrylate resins may cause skin sensitization in susceptible persons. In case of

contact, wash skin with soap and water. In severe situation, get medical attention.

• To exposed pulp, a pulp capping material such as Calcium hydroxide may be used before using

this product. This product contains acetone which is flammable. Avoid flam.

• Cross-contamination : Product may contain items that are designed for one time use.

Dispose of used or contaminated TIPS and syringe tips.Do not clean,disinfect or reuse.

PRECAUTIONS:

Keep away from direct sunlight. See individual component labels for specific expiration

dates. Store at 4- 25℃in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sun exposure.

Recap the bottle after use.

ATTENTION:

To an exposed pulp, a pulp capping material such as Calcium hydroxide may be used before using

this product.

STORAGE:

Store at 4-25℃ in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sun exposure. Recap the syringe after use.

DISPOSAL:

After the product is used up, dispose it as normal medical rubbish.
