Really a neat piece.  Sm glaze chip bottom corner, last pic.  4 panels of ? Bird in different poses.  Signed marks in red on the bottom.  Each of the 2  top pieces are stamped twice.  One is a set of scales w maybe an A at top and E at bottom?  Other is a face/profile  of somebody with a lot of hair or maybe Medusa?  I'm assuming the hallmarked silver is .925 or better because I didn't have it tested.  The silver part inside had a gold wash on it to protect the tea.  No evidence I see that it is plated.  Silver is currently black and takes awhile to get that way so I didnt shine it.  Silver top while thick and fairly sturdy has some dings on the outside where it was dropped, more than once..... Collar could be easily cemented back in place w plaster of Paris or Rock putty. This collar and top wad made to go on the porcelain base.
