These are collectors items and should be treated as such. Items that are open, displayed, or minimal joint movement may result in breaking and we do not accept returns on items that were sent sealed, never removed from box (NRFB), or anything sold with issues noted within the description above. We will only accept returns for items that are grossly misrepresented. Any sealed dolls returned open will not be accepted. Any complete dolls returned with missing items will not be accepted.
