super shape looks like it was never opened 



The front cover has nice color, but it is damaged as shown the edges are not in the best of shape , otherwise inside , the pages are clean no stains and no rips

the spine is strong as well and no missing or ripped pages
no smell or mildew

I have been asked to handle a large Estate of Sport items
