You are looking at a brand new and sealed Mondo He-Man timed edition figure.  This is the 1/6 scale version with three different sets of armor.  While it's hard for me to guarantee that its respective package is 100% mint without the tape being cut, there doesn't look to be any huge crush marks or dings that have severely penetrated the mailer.  It comes from a pet/smoke-free environment, and will ship in a larger box than it is in the way of dimensions.  If you have any additional questions or need another photo, please let me know.  Thank you for your interest, and I hope you and yours are doing well too.
