The item is pre-owned and in Very Good condition.  It is complete, with both the Batman and Robin figures still included.  All parts still work as designed and the wheels still have excellent full articulation.  The spring firing mechanism for the missile launcher still works, as does the saw blade spring mechanism at the front of the vehicle.  The aerial is slightly bent, and there is some wear and handling marks appropriate for the item's age, but both the Bat symbol decals are present and firmly attached (see photographs).
