PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN PLACED ON RECORD WITH EBAY AS BEING THE SIERRA SOLUTIONS CORPORATION [SSC] PRIMARY RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS WITH EBAY/PAYPAL WILL BE CONTESTED WITH THESE ON FILE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
REVIEW PRODUCT PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASE
All of the items we sell are used. The items are NOT new.
As such, the item may show signs of imperfections such as surface scratches and scuffs. Please remember this item is used and we work to provide the best description, to our knowledge, of the actual item presented in the above listing.
We do not sell paint jobs, we sell parts. We try to take care of anything that has paint to the best of our ability. Parts do get scratched sitting in our storage or while being moved after they are photographed.
If you are concerned about the paint condition & quality send us a message after you purchase the item, we can send you additional pictures.
SHIPPING
Shipping within 3 BUSINESS days is included with in our free shipping method. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Additional fees will apply for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico since items cost more to ship. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
RETURNS
If an item is NOT installed by the manufacturer, there is no warranty whatsoever!!! If you decide to send the item to a rebuilder, once the rebuilder loosens the first bolt, the item is non-returnable.
These parts we sell only fit the specified VIN number, year, make and model described in the listing if listed. Do not buy any part if you have not contacted your local dealer to confirm the part/item works in your vehicle.
LOCAL PICKUP: If the product listing is being sold as ?local pick up only?, do not ask if we will ship the item. If you would like said item to be shipped, you must provide your own prepaid shipping label. SSC will not be accountable for any damages during shipping.
Note: SSC does not require a core charge. As such, SSC does not cover any sensors or wire harnesses under warranty, if engine or transmission provided includes said items in listing.
