Description
HOW TO RESET THE TSA COMBINATION LOCK
1. The lock is set to 0-0-0 at the factory. 2. Make sure the dials are rotated at 0-0-0 or any other code you've set before resetting it. 3. Use a pen or something pointed to press the reset hole adjacent to the dials. 4. Enter your new code by rotating the dials 5. Push the key button once and your code is now set. 6. Scramble the dials and test your new code to be sure the correct one is set.

Shipping
   

1. All items are dispatched from our demostic warehouse in CA, GA or NJ, America.

2. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. 

3. If you're given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we don't offer a pick-up option.

4. Please note: Some products maybe dispatched in more than one carton, they may arrive at different time. If you only received partial box please don't worry, contact us and we will tell you where are the rest packages.

 Returns

We accept returns, Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

1. You changed your mind and wish to request a return;

2. Your product was damaged during transit;

3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase;

4. You're not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.

Please note all returns must be directed to through Customer Service, please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. 

If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. 

Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund incases where you changed your mind and wish to return the product. This also applies to order cancelled while in transit.
