He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This is a very heavy bracelet. All 28 charms or marked 925 or been tested. It weights 44 grams. It measures 7.75 inches long from clasp to clasp. A very rare and unique piece. He most likely traded for it because it has US Military charms on it. My Grandmother wore it for many years.
