This is an original Simplicity Pattern #3497, a toddler panties, dress, and sunsuit size 3, which appears to be completely unused and uncut. I inherited these lovely patterns from my late grandmother, and she had taken great care of them over the years. There appears to be no copyright written anywhere on the pattern, though I assume it's from the 1940-1960s since that's where most of the patterns are from.
