Many years ago, during my first trip to England in 1986, I was introduced to Cleopatra Soap, then made by Colgate-Palmolive. In the 1990s, Colgate sold the line to Cadum. Milestone acquired Cadum in 2007, which later sold it to L'oreal Paris in 2012.
I instantly fell in love with this heavenly perfumed soap, which has a very heady and sensual scent. Since then, during my travels back to the UK, France, and Germany, I would purchase every bar that I could find in the shops, along with the other Cleopatra bath products.
You might remember this Cleopatra Paris television commercial from 1987, which you can find on YouTube.
