We get many items from Wholesale Warehouses, Closeouts, Liquidations, Auctions, Yard Sales, Estate Sales and Flea Markets. We inspect and clean all items before we list. Amy's Jewelry and More Return Policy:  We will only accept returns if your item was damaged during shipping or there was an error in the listing and the item was not described correctly. We do NOT accept remorse returns like “Ordered by Mistake” or “Just Didn’t Like It”.  We also will not accept returns because you didn’t read the measurements prior to purchase, or you found the item for a lower price somewhere else.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING POLICY:  If an item is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Photos of the item in the original box/packaging and the outside of the box/packaging will be needed to process a claim.

 eBay’s Money Back Guarantee Policy is that buyers can only get their money back if an item didn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing.
