The inspiration for this lamp stems from my childhood memories.
I vividly remember my grandfather, at breakfast, holding a coarse ceramic bowl with a warmly lit egg inside. Morning light, streaming through the window, cast a serene and warm glow on the egg, filling the room with a sense of peace and warmth.
Inspired by this simple yet profound experience, I endeavored to capture the essence of the coarse pottery and the warm glow of the egg. By utilizing 3D printing technology and special surface treatment methods, I've melded the tea bowl's shape with the warm glowing egg into this uniquely crafted lamp.
Building on this idea, I've created another lamp, featuring a serrated lampshade inspired by the shape of an oil paper umbrella. To soften the lines, we've transformed the straight edges of the lampshade into curves and smoothed out every edge. While maintaining the perfect egg-shaped base, we've also adopted a rippled surface treatment for the base to complement the wavy lampshade.
The RippleGlow is a rechargeable lamp with a built-in lithium battery, designed for portability and ease of use.
Once fully charged, it can illuminate for approximately 7 hours at the highest brightness setting, catering to daily usage.
A touch-sensitive button allows users to effortlessly switch between three color modes: yellow, white, and warm yellow, with the added ability to adjust the LED brightness by long-pressing the touch switch.
Each lamp comes with a 1-meter USB charging cable for convenience.
Compact and cute in design, the lamp is perfectly suited for both home and office use, offering portability and ease of movement.
