Fully* functioning laptop has been used by my son for gaming. MSI GS63VR is the model, has SteelSeries keyboard and NVIDIA GTX 1060 GPU onboard. Intel Core i7 7th gen, 4 cores 8 threads, 16GB RAM. 256GB SSD and also 1TB hard drive. Ethernet port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth , HDMI port, 4x USB A, 1 USB C, 180W power supply, SD card slot.

The external casing has a lot of dents and there is a plastic moulding underneath the screen that I ad to tape down because it is broke and always coming off. Cosmetically this laptop is along way from pristine, see the photos I’ve taken lots. I originally bought this off eBay a few years ago and it was like that when I got it and I know it has been looked after in the past few years. But the cosmetics don’t affect the functionality. Has been used by my son for gaming for past few years without any technical issue.

As for the electronics everything is fully functioning but there are some slight blemishes on the screen in bottom right (see photos). I installed a new battery a couple of years ago. It is never used without power supply but I have had it running from battery whilst cleaning it down and has been alive for an hour and still plenty of battery left. I installed a new CPU fan because the old one was noisy, now runs quiet.

It is a several years old tech now but still super fast and GTX 1060 plays plenty of demanding games such as Forza, F1, flight simulator. Do your own lookup for performance benchmarking the i7-7700HQ CPU and GTX 1060 GPU.

It has Windows 10 Home installed and I have reset to clean install with all MSI drivers and NVIDIA drivers installed.

Also comes with laptop cooling base pad. I don’t know if that is really necessary but my son wanted one and he always had it on.
