This piece came from the CW network prop sale that was held after the show franchise finished filming. Like most of the things from the sale, it’s an item that you (General form) buy and look for in the show. Very few things there had an episode association. Like a treasure hunt, it gives you something to be on the lookout for as you watch the show! Let me tell you, the show takes on a whole new experience when you watch it and see your item on screen. You can literally point to it and be like ‘I have that!’
