Great 19th century trade card with beautiful multi-color litho illustration of street musician beating the drum for Clark's Mile-End Spool Cotton on the front. Back of the card offers detailed promotional copy for the "Best Six Cord" cotton product. Printed by Donaldson Brothers of the historic Five Points district of New York City. Card measures 2-7/8" x 4-5/8".


This and other similar items were acquired as part of an estate sale. I believe they are authentic and original to the period noted but I’M NOT AN EXPERT and CAN’T WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY CLAIM TO AUTHENTICITY.


As for CONDITION, the accompanying photos are the best representation of actual condition, so please review them carefully and judge for yourself.
