If you order fish for posting you will need to check your ebay messages as we will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery date.  We cannot post fish out until we have made these arrangements with you as someone will need to be available to accept the delivery.  Thank you.

All our fish are transported in fish transport bags, they are double bagged, with a heat pad, with packing material and insulated in box when needed.

To ensure the well being of the fish during transit, we utilise Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day.  This expedited shipping service minimises the time the fish spend in the bag, ensuring optimal health upon arrival.

If posted, we at T&L's take the utmost care to ensure that all fish are packaged and delivered safely.  Although the safety of your fish is paramount, we understand that sometimes things can happen in transit, through no fault of our own, so if you experience problems, please provide full photo evidence of any dead on arrival and report this up to 1 hour after delivery with a picture of the fish in unopened bag and we will refund the price of the fish if necessary.  The shipping costs however are non refundable.

We cannot be responsible for any issues once the fish are placed in your own tank so please do your own research on keeping them and acclimating them.  Any questions please ask.
