Hi, this is a 2tail genuine very hard dense leather wishaw old school teachers tawse it came wishaw area it was used in schools in the area during its days of service the seller has advised us, it is approx. 24"  long 9mm thick throughout, 39mm wide 218g in weight,  ideal for collectors, one of the best belt you can get, pure quality leather, this belt is in very good condition for its age it still not bend or roll stays straight, very rare piece, sold for collectors only, it has some wear and tear, I will post worldwide,
