I've examined this lamp and find no damage on it.  It does appear to be missing the chimney, As I've researched other similar lamps, they have that piece, this one does not. 

I do not believe this is has another light in the bottom globe.  I've peeked inside, I do not see any where a bulb would go.  

This one appears to be slightly different on the section where the top glass shade connects or is held than other similiar lamps. Please pay extra attention to that part when you are looking at the pictures. 

The top portion seems a be looser than it should be, I've tried tightening it but I'm not sure if I'm making any progress and I don't want to damage it.
