The house is being shipped completely assembled with the exception of the top rails and front piece between them. Also, you must attach the swing and roof above it as seen in photos.  There are small cracks that a pc of box tape would secure, I showed pics of underneath floors to show no warping or wet spots.

This is a vintage 1984 Barbie Glamour Home Furnished set made by Mattel. The set includes a dining table, furniture, musical instruments, books, magazines, and newspapers, and many accessories. Please see pics for details. It is an original, licensed reproduction with partial assembly required. The set is made of cardboard and plastic and weighs 10 lbs with furn. and accessories it wieghs an additional 2.7 lbs, I tried to keep wieght to minimal but addition of original box added 4.5 the first package i used was 28 lbs and made the shipping crazy so if you need the box I have to add the additional 4 lbs LMK?. It is compatible with 8-11" dolls and was manufactured in the United States during the 1980s. The set is a rare find and comes with all u see. Remember It is old but has very few cracks in the plastic pcs.see pics. I took many pictures the best I could. Please ask questions before buying. There are no returns 😢.

Also, just a note it comes with all the furniture with the exception of the original bed, but it does have an extra table set. And I threw in a ton of mint vintage Barbie Glamour shoes. I didn't have enough room for more pics, but the dome on grill works all utensils for it are there as well as hot dogs and hamburgers careful they are small haha.thanks for looking.
