This is probably a 2013 era MacBook Pro retina model. It says model A1398 EMC 2673 on the reverse of the case. 2.4 ghz processor and 16 gb RAM.

The screen is cracked so I would really advise this to be a model that would be only sold or used for parts. However it does start up and I put a clean install of OSX on it. No guarantees on it working - this model is best used for parts
