Condition Notes:

- GENERAL NOTES ON GRADED SLABS: There may be some light scuffs or scratches on the cases.  If there are deep scratches or cracks we will add pics of the damage.  We do not accept returns or offer partial refunds for light scuffs or light scratches to slabs.  If you are more concerned with the slab's condition than the cards inside of the slab, please do not bid.  

- NOTE ON OUR LISTINGS: A combination of photos and condition notes are provided on knowable condition issues. 

Please use the zoom feature and read description. If "Condition Notes" section is blank, that simply means that all known condition issues are visible in the pictures.

• Please refer to photos for your personal assessment of item(s). 
• Most notable marks on item(s) will be included in photos.
• Anything not photographed will be either minimal in comparison, or are simply unable to be captured in the photos.
• Please view photos closely using the zoom tool provided by eBay.

• US SHIPPING ONLY.  We ship Monday - Friday except for holidays.
• All cards will ship in penny sleeve and sealed top loader unless noted otherwise.
• All cards are NM or better unless noted in description.
• We Offer a Combined Shipping Discount:  Add 50 cents for each additional card unless insurance is involved.
• We no longer offer International shipping through Ebay's Global Program or any alternate means of shipping.
• We package all items with care and cannot be held liable if USPS, UPS or FedEx damage item(s) during transport.
• We can ONLY ship to the address the buyer has listed on their Ebay/Paypal account as we have zero seller protection otherwise.
• Any Items sold over $750 will automatically have signature confirmation added at our cost for both parties safety during transit.
• If you would like to upgrade the shipping or add insurance please let us know before you pay & we will get you a price as quickly as we can.

As of Late 2019 Ebay automatically started adding sales tax to items purchased within 42 states in the US, Washington DC & Puerto Rico.

Returns & Refunds:

• You will be receiving the exact item(s) noted in description only.
• We have begun a no return policy unless item(s) do not match my description or photos.
• We can no longer accept returns because people made an unwise financial decision on their part.
• If there is a legitimate issue with the item(s) we are more than willing to discuss a return or refund.

Payment Terms:

• Non Payment of cards will result in being blocked from ALL future auctions.
• Payment is due within 3 days or we reserve the right to cancel the sale & offer a 2nd chance to the next bidder.
• We always send a 2nd invoice with a payment due message before cancelling orders.
• Positive feedback will be left shortly after payments are made.
• Please return the same courtesy and leave positive feedback after you've received the card(s) and are happy with the transaction.
