This is a 1928 f $2 United States note I have for sale and is a star note in good condition have some repair work on left side above seal looks like somebody put some glue to try to patch a pinhole there is a slight pinhole on that left side above seal to right in between Jefferson other than that no other tears or pin holes always cool to have a star
