This item is powered on (shown in photos) however untested further.
We don't know exactly what this is or what it does/requirements. 
It looks like in great condition.

It doesn't come with a power cable or anything else. (if I have a spare power cable, will throw one in)

220V power.

Best thing is for someone to know what this is used for and use it as it is, or parts etc.

Its quite heavy, will be sent tracked & packed securely.
