$500 Deposit must be made with Zelle and must be received instantly, Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance by certified check, wire transfer or cash in person due within 3 days of the close of the sale, Any other arrangements must be agreed to before bidding, All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before delivery of the item, The vehicle's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping.
All used UTVs are sold AS IS, with the exception of late model boats that still have a factory warranty. Our company checks all engines or out~board motor's for compression and run ability. Some may need a little TLC and some may need complete annual service, tune-up, etc. If they have power we make sure the power is ready to go! Please read carefully about each individual used vehicle. We cannot be held accountable for every light bulb, switch, or pump that may be good or bad on all used vehicles. Also, On a good note most UTVs are in over~all good condition.
A note to all winning bidders!! Please know that all vehicles won on the day of auction have 7 days of free storage. If you need to or would like to store the boat here after the 7 days, there will be a charge of $15 per day for storage.
