Projector does not have a power switch apparent, and nothing is described in the user manual. 

The unlabelled red button on rear panel is related to audio recording functions.

5 different film reels tested, all loaded successfully. 

Ends must be trimmed using the built-in film trimmer.
Untrimmed ends will get jammed while loading, causing damage.

Intermittently, the upper film loop appears to be too small during auto-loading process. 

Randomly occurs even with the trimmed ends, but not often or every time.

If the loop is too small, there will not be enough slack on the film. 

The extra tension appears to make it more likely to tear the film mid-way while loading.

Loading using 18 or 24fps speeds works correctly, but the same intermittent issue applies.

Projected a 9-minute reel with no issues in playback at either speed.

We have not encountered any damage or tearing mid-projection, though we cannot guarantee this.

Service:

-Both main belts replaced (2)

-Cleaned all rollers and film path including green auto-load guides.

-Cleaned old grease and re-lubricated the pivot at the end of the claw arm.

-Removed lens assembly to clean film guide. Checked carefully to align when re-installing.

No other service performed.
