Jackson-Hirsch Card/Guard Laminator Model 7300 Bundle New, Open Box. It is Item #LAM73OSHA and described as a Laminator Bundle. The unit was originally delivered in 2016 but has never been used and is in new condition. The instruction manual if one was originally included is missing.
