We do our best to ensure that all of our clearance stock is described thoroughly including details of any cosmetic defects if present.Unless otherwise stated, all of our clearance sofas and suites come with a full 12 month warranty that covers the structure, mechanism and electronics against any pre-existing flaws for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. An optional 5 year warranty can be added to your eBay order on request, just ask us before you pay for your sofa or suite.

Your furniture will be delivered by our own drivers or one of the courier companies we work with. To help make sure that your order arrives with you safely and on time, we only send deliveries out with companies we know and trust. You can contact us through eBay any time with any questions about your delivery.
  • We offer two person delivery as standard throughout the North West of England, and by request to customers further afield.
  • Delivery is into your room of choice on the ground floor, or upper floors if you have a lift that is large enough to accommodate your purchase.
  • Usual delivery times are up to 2 weeks for Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Fylde Coast, Greater London. Deliveries can take up to 3 weeks for most other areas, and up to 4 for Cornwall, Scotland, Wales and most of the East coast. Two person deliveries may take a little longer to organise. Please ignore eBay's delivery estimates, they are usually quite a bit longer than delivery actually takes.
  • Delivery will be made to the address you select on eBay when you checkout, so please make sure this is up to date. If you are moving home you will need to add your new address before you pay.

Returns

This piece of furniture comes with our standard 30 day furniture returns policy, which means you have up to 30 days from the date on which your order is delivered to tell us that you wish to return it. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible, do not use the item, and make sure it's packaged sufficiently to protect it during transit. Return delivery is charged at £1.80 per mile by road.
