The Reinhold Schlegelmilch (R.S. Germany) was established in 1912 in Tillowitz, 

Silesia, Germany. The company ceased operations in 1945

In great condition for it's age. No chips or cracks. 

Gold trim is very worn- which is unfortunately the normal from my experience.
