Thank you for looking at this listing for our Coachman Amara 450/2 Caravan.

The caravan is in excellent condition and is a full set up and ready to go! 

We are selling as the children have grown up and no longer holiday with us in the caravan, so we are going to try a campervan instead.

This spacious 2 berth caravan has a lovely layout and is very light and airy inside. The full awning has a bedroom annex that increases the sleeping capacity. We are a family of four and this has been perfect. The air awning makes quick trips away very easy!

The previous owners, as well as ourselves are non-smokers.

The two front sofas are long enough to sleep on as single beds, but can easily be made up in to a very large double. There is plenty of storage under the seats. There is a drawer unit with pull out table at the front between the sofas.

The large rear bathroom is also spacious with a Toilet, Sink and a separate Shower cubicle. There is a large amount of storage too!

Complete with a motor mover, Bradcott 'Full' Awning with GRP Poles and a Bradcott Awning (bedroom) Annex, and an additional Bradcott Air Awning. 

All the usual accessories expected from this manufacturer including;

 

Fly Screens, Blackout Blinds and Curtains, Fridge with Freezer compartment, Oven with grill and 4 burner hob, Microwave, Truma heating and hot water. TV Aerial. Extractor fan, sun roof. Plenty of lighting.

The caravan also comes with; A Sun Canopy (perfect for quick trips away), Aquaroll Water Tank (1 Large & 1 Small), Aquaroll Waste Water Tank, Alko Hitch Lock, Alko Wheel lock, Alko Jack, Gas bottle, Stereo with speakers, TV Aerial. Extractor roof fan, sun roof and a CD Player/Stereo Radio. There is also a spare wheel.

It is very easy to tow and the motor mover makes positioning, hooking up to the car and general manoeuvring effortless! 

The outside of the van has a gas point for a BBQ (we have never used it though) and a 240v Socket. There is also a large side locker. The front locker houses the spare wheel and Gas cylinder and has plenty of extra storage space.

The previous owner to us put a new set of tyres on just before we purchased the caravan, and I have just had new valves fitted as the old ones had some minor cracks appearing (probably not needed, but I wanted piece of mind whilst towing) 

We also have the original Instruction Manuals and it is CRIS Registered in my name, the original owner 2010 (new) - 2016, the second owners 2016 - 2021, we are the third owners. 

Just to note that the aerial for the radio has lost its tip (still works fine though) and there is a small mark/scratch between the water inlet cover and the battery compartment. This has not gone through the paint and has not compromised the integrity. This can be seen in the last two photos. One of the over knobs has been replaced and is not quite the same as the original.
