This listing is for a Fibes 15" diameter x 12" depth chrome over fiberglass concert tom. Chrome wrap has scratches, pitting, marks and light rust. Chrome lugs and hoops have scratches, pitting, some chrome flaking and some rust. Looks like some parts of the hoop may be painted with a silver paint. Edges are smooth and in good shape and visually have what appears like wear but this is just how these fiberglass shells often look.
