The NR Writer includes the power cable.  It does power on and the disc slot functions smoothly as expected.  The blank NR discs are brand new, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging.  

This is a very clean unit and it appears to have been serviced last by the manufacturer in 2004.  However, I am unable to confirm full functionality because I do not have an SCSI cable or an old windows PC needed to run the software.  Since I am unable to test, I am listing it as “For parts or not working” and no returns will be accepted.
