EASELS AND EASEL ACCESSORIES

VARIOFORMAT EASEL #6810

The VarioFormat Easel #6810 is an excellent printing tool plus a whole lot more. With the VarioFormat easel, you can make one 8x10", two 5x7", or four 4x5" borderless prints on a single 8x10" piece of paper.

To use the Easel, place a sheet of unexposed 8x10" paper on the exposure surface, put the two covers in place, and turn on the enlarger to format the image on the cover plates -- the paper won't fog because the easel is light-tight.

The cover plates are designed with lines indicating the edges of the various size prints (3 1/2 x 5" and 5 x 7") so it's easy to move the easel and raise or lower the enlarger to get the right cropping.

When you need to refocus simply do it on the white focusing panel that's on the same plane as the surface of the paper. After exposing the paper, simply press down on the built-in lever to raise the paper out of the easel no fingerprints on the emulsion!
